It is generally conducted on the premises of the manufacturer, on samples selected according to defined sampling procedures. The inspection criteria covering quality, quantity, marking and packing are based on the client's specifications and reference samples, as provided. Upon completion of FRI a detailed inspection report is sent to the client and our inspection

produktion-inspection.jpgDuring Production Inspection is a visual inspection of products as available during production. DUPRO is offered in combination with the Final Random Inspection (FRI) and other on-line production checks such as Pre-Production Check (PPC). As part of these multi-stage inspections, the execution of the purchase order is closely monitored and the intermediary reports will also keep you informed about the production progress relative to the delivery terms.

sa8000.gifSA8000 is based on the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Convention on the Rights of the Child and various International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions. SA8000 covers the following areas of accountability:Child labor , Forced labor, Workplace safety and health, The right to organize, Discrimination, Workplace discipline, Working hours, Wages, Management system for Human Resources Dominic A. Tarantino, Chairman of Price Waterhouse described SA8000 in 1998 as "the first ever universal standard for ethical sourcing. SA8000 is an initiative of the Council On Economic Priorities, a New York based research organization. It provides a common framework for ethical sourcing for companies of any size and any type, anywhere in the world. SA8000 sets out provisions for issues such as trade union rights, the use of child labor, working hours, health and safety at work, and fair pay." However, it does not address broader issues of ecology or bribery or other issues which may require more consumer or executive restraint. Tarantino further argues the need for moral leadership

container-loading.jpgThe purpose of this inspection is to ensure your goods are loaded in a proper manner; containers are not defective and relatively clean.Damaged containers i.e. broken welding seams, gaps etc. especially on the roof, are at high risk for water damages …. Either, sea water or rain. Damaged containers are excluded from any transport insurance!

Order procedure

Simply send us either by e-mail or fax your supplier order, basic specifications and / or a sample of your product. Our team will enter the relevant data into our system, contact your supplier and arrange the inspection process. Not later than 24 hours after the inspection you will receive a detailed inspection report tailored to your product and requirements.

We are able to provide qualified QC inspectors for virtually any product. All inspectors work full time for us. We do not engage freelance inspectors or subcontract our inspections to other companies. Our applied inspection standards are MIL-105D / ISO 2859 to inspect your products.
